When you visit the website
To deliver the website, the hosting infrastructure processes technical connection data such as your IP address, the time of the request, the address requested, and browser and status information. This information supports operation and the detection of errors and misuse.
Font files are loaded from this website. Matomo tracking is disabled on this preview website. No external videos, maps or advertising trackers are embedded.
Language and animations
The pll_language cookie stores your chosen language for up to one year. When you pause or resume animations, the website saves this choice in your browser’s local storage under speo.motion.v1. The choice remains until you clear the browser’s storage.
Your customer account
For your customer account, we store your email address and the organisation, website and billing details you enter. This also includes your chosen plans and your team’s access. WordPress uses login cookies to keep you signed in and let you access your account.
Emails from your customer account
We use Microsoft 365 for confirmation and login messages from your customer account. The provider is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited in Ireland. Your email address and the message contents are sent to Microsoft for this purpose. This processing takes place outside the Swiss analytics platform.
